Construction Update:

Construction Update:

Russell Park is temporarily a one-way street with vehicle access toward Hancock Street. The south lane on Russell Park will be closed for vehicle access from Hancock Street on to Russell Park. The one-way TMP on Russell Park will be in place through April of 2023. 

1170 Hancock Street

  • Wood framing is now complete
  • Air vapor barrier and window flashing is underway
  • Roofing installation is underway
  • Interior metal framing is ongoing
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough is ongoing
  • Elevator shafts will be complete this month

 

1200 Hancock Street

  • On-site utility installation is nearing completion
  • Installation of lower garage under-slab plumbing is in progress
  • Metal decking installation is now complete
  • Elevated slab placement will be complete this month
  • Wood framing installation will be ongoing through February

 

We continue to have supervision at the property and encourage anyone to reach out to us or our construction team with questions, concerns, or comments.

Project Timeline

May 2022: Demolition of 1200 Hancock St. is now complete
Early Spring 2022: Excavation and foundations at both buildings ongoing through the summer of 2022
Early 2024: The project is expected to be complete
